Animal Based powder products are animal-based foods in soluble form – collagen, gelatin, and bone broth. All consist of a few ingredients and contain no sweeteners, flavorings, colorings, or fillers.
Which powders are available?
Collagen Hydrolysate and Halal Collagen Peptides – collagen type 1 and 3, approx. 2000 Daltons, cold and warm water soluble, flavor-neutral, 92 g protein per 100 g.
Beef Gelatin Powder – gels unlike collagen hydrolysate, ideal for gummy candies, desserts, and sauces.
Bone Broth Powder in 200 g and 500 g – dehydrated beef bone broth with approx. 81% collagen, savory in taste.
Which powder is suitable for what?
Collagen hydrolysate dissolves in coffee, water, or smoothies without changing the taste. Gelatin is used for gelling and is not a drink powder. Bone broth powder is a savory food for broth, soups, and sauces.
Origin and processing
Collagen and gelatin come from grass-fed pasture cattle from the EU and Turkey, respectively, and are processed in Switzerland. The bone broth is based on beef bones from Sweden. Filling and packaging take place in Germany.
Quality control
Every batch is tested for microbiology and heavy metals in an accredited German laboratory. The test reports are publicly viewable and can be assigned via the batch number. Halal collagen, beef gelatin, and bone broth powder are additionally halal-certified.
