Grass-fed beef organ capsules

Organ capsules make bovine organs suitable for everyday use – without an intense flavor, without buying fresh offal, and without preparation. Animal Based offers freeze-dried bovine organs in capsule form, following the nose-to-tail principle.

Which organ capsules are available?

Beef Liver Capsules containing 80% freeze-dried beef liver powder, available in two pack sizes. Naturally contain vitamin A, vitamin B2, folate, vitamin B12, copper, and choline.

Beef Organ Capsules containing five organs in equal weight proportions: liver, heart, pancreas, spleen, and kidney.

Male Complex containing bovine testicle powder (40%), oyster powder (24%), and beef liver powder (16%).

Female Complex containing bovine spleen powder (32%), oyster powder (32%), colostrum (8%), and beef liver (8%).

Colostrum Capsules containing 30% immunoglobulin G from the first milk of pasture-raised cattle.

What does freeze-dried mean?

During freeze-drying, the raw material is frozen and the water is subsequently removed directly from the frozen state under a vacuum – without heating. This allows the structure of the raw material to be largely preserved.

Origin

The raw materials for beef liver and beef organs come from grass-fed cattle in New Zealand. Colostrum, Male Complex, and Female Complex are based on bovine raw materials from the EU; the oysters included come from the Pacific. Filling and packaging take place in Germany.

No additives

All capsules are free from fillers, flavorings, sweeteners, and preservatives. The capsule shell is made of bovine gelatin. Every batch is tested for microbiology and heavy metals in an accredited German laboratory – the analyses are publicly viewable.
