Our Oyster Extract capsules bring oysters into a practical, modern form. Oysters have been valued for centuries as a high-quality animal food source and naturally contain micronutrients such as zinc, copper, and vitamin B12.
Approximately 4–6 kg of fresh oysters, including their shells, are processed for one jar. This corresponds to around 300–600 g of oyster meat, which is then gently dried and concentrated into oyster extract powder. This gives you the whole food in a convenient capsule form – without the need to buy, shuck, or prepare fresh oysters.
Our oyster capsules contain no synthetically added minerals or artificially added vitamins. The zinc, copper, and vitamin B12 are naturally sourced from the oyster extract.
